It depends on how we work together. The VIP Booking is complimentary; I'm compensated by the properties through my network, at no cost to you. The Lookbook starts at $100, and The Full Itinerary starts at $750 per week of travel. I'll always quote you clearly before any planning fee applies, so there are no surprises.

The sooner the better for the best availability. Booking ahead also lets me keep an eye on your rates with the price-tracking software I use, where I can rebook you automatically if the price drops before you go. That said, I love a good last-minute challenge, so reach out even if your dates are close!

I focus on travel that's thoughtfully designed at every level, which doesn't always mean the most expensive option. Whether it's a five-star suite or a characterful boutique hotel, the standard is intention: the right place for the right trip, with the VIP treatment that comes from booking through my network. But you're never boxed in by my picks. Whatever you want to book, even a simple stay for a work trip, you can do it yourself through my portal and still arrive a VIP.

I'll follow up to set up a complimentary consultation: a relaxed conversation about where you want to go, what you're hoping the trip feels like, and how I can help. From there, we'll decide which way of working together fits best.

Booking through me costs the same as booking direct. It just comes with a lot more! Through my partnerships, you're set up with perks you can't book on your own: room upgrades, on-property credits, complimentary breakfast, and amenities that add real value. Plus, I track your rates after you book and rebook you automatically if the price drops, which has saved clients anywhere from $100 to $3,000 on a single hotel booking. Beyond the cost savings, a core benefit is my relationships. Hotels prioritize guests who come through a travel advisor over those booking through third-party platforms or credit cards, so you walk in a VIP, recognized before you arrive. And on top of the perks and treatment, you skip the hours of research and the costly mistakes that come from booking blind.

Often, yes, as long as you booked directly and not with points or loyalty redemption. Forward your confirmation to kelly.seramin@fora.travel and I'll check with the hotel/cruise about taking over the reservation, which lets me add my VIP perks to elevate your stay. No extra cost to you, the same treatment as any VIP Booking.

Travel advisors are unable to book client trips with points or miles. If you've got a good stash, I recommend putting them toward flights you book yourself, and saving your cash for accommodations, experiences, and transportation.

Plans change; that's part of travel. I'll walk you through each booking's cancellation and change terms up front, recommend travel insurance where it makes sense, and use my relationships to advocate for you if something needs adjusting along the way.
